[CakeML-dev] Location of compilerLib

I did on a branch used by the daisy work:
https://github.com/CakeML/cakeml/tree/daisy/characteristic/examples/compilation/compile
However, that was only a temporary solution. I won't have time to find
a proper solution now. Feel free to solve this problem!
